BizTalk 2016 Feature pack 1 Issues for application Insight

Scenario 1:  We have Installed BizTalk 2016 Developer on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard and configured with SQL Server named instance, Applied BizTalk 2016 CU3 and BizTalk 2016 Feature pack1

Now we are trying to configure Analytics but getting below errors.

Error form BizTalk Admin. Console while applying application insight instrumentation key

Error in event viewer for the same:

Scenario 2:  we have Installed BizTalk 2016 Developer on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard and configured with SQL Server default instance, Applied BizTalk 2016 CU3 and BizTalk 2016 Feature pack1

Now configuring Analytics and it is working properly.
